RSAJ Secretarial Services formerly Belinda’s Business Centre was established in 1980 to provide a secretarial and typing service to the Bathurst business community. Since that time the business has changed substantially and now provides a wide range of business support services and professional business management services not only for the Bathurst region but across the world.

The two principals of RSAJ Secretarial Services are Reema and Amanda Doueihi. Both Reema and Amanda have worked in professional and public environments, and have highly developed skills in dealing with secretariat services, professional clients, customers and the public at large.

No problem! We're here to answer any and all questions you have before we even get started! Hiring your first VA is a big deal, so we don’t want you to rush into anything without having all of your questions answered. If you aren’t quite sure yet what you want to hand off we can hop on a consultation call and figure it out together. With a consultation call we can talk about what tasks have been stuck on your to-do list, tasks or projects coming up you want help with, or even just someone to help get that crazy inbox of yours under control.

We currently charge our clients an hourly rate, so we only charge you for the time we spend doing your work (disbursements are an extra charge). We are also currently working on a package deal where you will be able to choose a monthly package that suits you.

By email or post, coming into the office or we may be able to organise picking up things from you as required. No matter how far you are there is always a way of getting work to us.
